Do not size up get a medium 😂 i got a large thinking i was a fatty but no! the large is too big i have large shoulders and it’s still big so if you have narrow shoulders or the usual length, size down 😉

Unlike what it looks like, it's flimsy and doesn't support any weight at all. The metal plate isn't as sturdy as expected, so it bends when pressed, and the Velcro easily comes off when pulled. It's a waste of money, so those reading this review should avoid wasting their money like I did.
